Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Personal checks are not accepted. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Museum Wholesale Inc or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Wholesale Terms and Conditions
1. Minimum order: $150.00. Orders below minimum: $8.00 handling.
2. All sales are final; No consignment or guaranteed sales. If an exception is made by MW Inc, the return is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Other handling fees and shipping costs are not refundable. Item must be returned in original box with no shelf wear. No returns after 30 days.
3. We accept a few qualified drop ship accounts with a minimum of $200 purchases per month. Absolutely no Amazon.com or Ebay.com listings unless explicitly approved by MW Inc.
4. All orders are F.O.B. Rancho Cucamonga, California and typically leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days.
5. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors although we will make every effort to avoid them.
6. We offer a Suggested Retail Price (SRP) to preserve the high-quality image and value of our products in the marketplace. We recommend that you maintain at least a keystone markup. Frequent and repeated discounting will decrease the value of the brand. We reserve the right to review and cancel any account that pursues a heavily discounted pricing strategy across the product line.
7. All first orders must be either prepaid or paid by credit card (Visa, MC). Net 30 open accounts are available to businesses listed with Dun & Bradstreet (credit reporting agency). We'll consider net 30 applications after we've done business with you for some time. We don't ship COD.
8. California-located businesses will be charged sales tax until a signed resale card is on file. Orders drop shipped to a shipping address within California which are placed by a wholesale customer who does not have a CA resale card, will be charged CA Sales Tax. This is a CA state law.
9. Damages: Please inspect your merchandise carefully before discarding the box and packing materials. You'll need to save it for UPS to inspect. UPS insurance is void otherwise. Please call us immediately to file damage claims with UPS. Credit will not be issued unless you notify us within a week of receiving the shipment. We only have a limited time to file a claim. If you do not report it within 7 days of receiving your merchandise, we cannot file a claim. We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise not in its original packaging. No exceptions.
10. Returns and Exchanges: All sales are final; No consignment or guaranteed sales. If an exception is made by MW Inc, the return is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Other handling fees and shipping costs are not refundable. Item must be returned in original box with no shelf wear. No returns after 30 days.
11. Declined credit card transactions - if your credit card is declined, we will send you an email notification on the day of the decline requesting updated information. On the next business day, we will send you another notification. On the third business day, if we have not heard back from you, we will attempt to process your card again. If the card declines again, we will cancel your order. Please enter a new order if you are still interested in this purchase.
12. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders we deem necessary.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions apply to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Museum Wholesale Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
